Try On Service

You love our suits but not quite close enough to make the trip to our showroom in Leicestershire? No problem, our Try On Service is perfect for you to choose your suit from the comfort of your own home. It’s easy as 1,2,3,4 but any questions, pop us an email to [email protected]

TRY IT:

This is your chance to trial our suits for 2 days in the comfort of your home. Simply add the try on suits you like to the basket, choose your shipping address, try them at home, choose your favourite and send them back. Terms and conditions apply.
Our try on service is also available in our store in Leicestershire, simply book a New Suit Trial HERE.

LOVE IT:

Once you have chosen your perfect suit for your event head to our LOVE IT section. Simply select your wedding date and all the suits available for your date will be shown. All suit sizes will need to be selected for your party prior to confirming your order. See our measuring guide HERE (hyperlink to how to measure.) Payment details and shipping information will be required.

WEAR IT:

Your hired items will be delivered to your chosen shipping address 5-7 days prior to your event date. Make sure all suits are tried on at home on the date of delivery, if you have any problems, please notify us by 11am the following day to allow time for changes. Keep the returns label safe which will be included in your box.

RETURN IT:

A returns label will be included in your box. Simply pack your box back up, there is no need to dry clean anything, attach the returns label and drop the package at your local Pickup Shop no later than 2 days after your event. For example, if your event is on a Wednesday, your package must be dropped at the Pickup Shop by Friday. Late returns will incur charges.

Try on terms and conditions:

We recommend choosing up to 2 styles to trial at home. The cost for our try on service is £20 per suit style. You will be charged for the full purchase price per suit plus the service charge of £20 per suit. The purchase price will then be refunded once the suits have been returned to Suited Formal Hire*. Each suit will be delivered as a 3 piece suit with your chosen tie colour, shirts are not included in our try on service.

Try on suits that are in stock will be shipped out on the following Monday after the order has been placed, please return your suits on the Thursday 2 days after your delivery date. We cannot guarantee your suits will be shipped out the Monday after the order has been placed if they are not in stock. Your items will be dispatched when they return to stock.

If we do not have your exact sizes in our try on stock, you will be sent the closest size. All try on items will be received with a ‘do not remove’ ribbon.

*If any items are returned worn or any ribbons removed a refund will not be granted.
